Sean Kelly

CEO

As CEO of Instrument Sales & Service, Sean uses his 20+ years of management and production experience to develop the corporate strategy for this diversified manufacturing, re-manufacturing and distribution company. Sean is also responsible for assembling a highly-qualified team of managers and field personnel that will support the company’s continued growth.

Sean joined ISS in 1994 after nine years at NeuroCom International Inc., a producer of medical capital equipment. As customer service manager at NeuroCom, he oversaw production, field service training and customer service. Sean joined the ISS team as purchasing manager for the Wholesale Unit, taking on additional positions such as unit manager before he was promoted to president in 2001.

Sean earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business with an emphasis on operations materials management from Portland State University.

Scott Haugen

President

As President Scott and his team focus on Manufacturing, Remanufacturing, Warehousing and Forward Logistics and we are helping a variety of partners bring new electro-mechanical products to market or maintain the products they have in the hands of their customers.

Before joining ISS in 2009, Scott made a career of planning and executing the strategies that drive business growth and solidify competitive market position. Scott is experienced and successful in startup, turnaround and mature business arenas. He gets results through understanding of competitive landscape, product innovation and healthy long-term relationships to achieve revenue and profit objectives. Scott’s colleagues look to him to create the vision, communicate the mission, rally the troops, and lead the organization to new levels of success.

James Trumbo

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, James is responsible for Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology. James joined ISS in December, 2010 and comes to ISS with over 18 years of professional experience in accounting and finance.

Prior to joining ISS, James was the Chief Financial Officer for several different companies owned by the Barish Fund (a New York based private equity fund), including Traeger Pellet Grills where he served as Chief Financial Officer from April, 2007.  Prior to joining the Barish Fund, James served for 8 years as Corporate Controller of Aavid Thermal Technologies, Inc, a $250 million private-equity backed manufacturer and software developer with operations in 15 countries.  James has also served as Corporate Controller for a $50 million software developer and spent 5 years as a public accountant in various positions within the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP.

James earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Terry Watson

Corporate Operations Officer

Corporate Quality Manager

As Corporate Operations Officer, Terry has responsibility over all aspects of the ISS quality system including customer and supplier quality requirements as well as operational improvement initiatives. Terry joined ISS in 1998 and served as Chief Financial Officer through 2010. From 2003 to 2010, Terry also served as the Corporate Quality System Manager in charge of overseeing all quality system operations and conversions to ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.  In 2010, Terry moved out of finance and took on a full time operational role as Corporate Operations Officer. Terry draws upon more than 25 years of professional experience to manage operations and quality at ISS.

Prior to joining ISS, Terry worked for the Yoshida Group, improving operations at a number of subsidiary companies, including Epic Snowboard Technologies, Yoshida Foods and El Ranchito Foods. Terry also spent a number of years as a public accountant with several Oregon accounting firms.

Terry holds a Bachelors of Science in Business/Economics from Eastern Oregon University and a MBA from Portland State University. Watson is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Business Continuity Professional. Watson is working towards his Certified Qualified Engineer and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence certifications.

Pat Mayo

Manager for Remanufacturing in the Engineering Manufacturing Services Division of ISS and Vice President.

As Manager and Vice President, Patrick Mayo oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the Company’s operations for re-manufacturing of automotive instrument clusters, navigation units, radios and other products. This includes manufacturing and re-manufacturing activities in the Kent, Washington facility as well as distribution in the Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona facilities.  Pat is also responsible for ensuring that ISS maintains ISO/TS 16949:2009 certifications at all of these locations.

Pat’s primary customers include General Motors dealerships, where he calls upon his previous experience in car sales to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service. Additionally, Pat brings expertise from his time as a GMC Truck Dealership Parts Manager and from the 11 years he spent at Northwest Motor Welding, a heavy duty engine re-manufacturing company, where he was an assistant branch manager for the Spokane, Washington; Toronto, Canada and San Francisco, California locations. Pat has been a key leader at ISS since 1994.

Jeff Eilers

Product Realization Manager

As the Product Realization Manager for ISS, Jeff manages program development, implementation, and fulfillment for our large OEM partners, such as General Motors, Delphi, and Visteon. To this end, Jeff manages the organization’s engineering, procurement, quality, and production departments. Jeff joined ISS in 2000 and served as Exchange Center Supervisor from 2000-2006 and Operations Manager from 2006-2009.

Before joining the ISS team, Jeff spent 7 years in the USAF performing various functions of inventory management and lean principled production.

Jeff holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix.

Ron Standish

OEM Business Unit Manager, Vice President

As OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) business unit manager, Ron currently oversees all aspects of operations and customer relationship management for large OEM customers including General Motors and Delphi, among others. Ron joined ISS as a branch manager for the Portland location in 1995.

With a long history in the industry, Ron has more than 30 years of experience working for Precision Castparts Corp. in Portland, Oregon where he held multiple quality control and manufacturing management positions involved with the manufacturing of castings for jet engines.

Matt Koehmstedt

Wholesale Business Unit Manager

As Wholesale Business Unit Manager, Matt Koehmstedt oversees operations for a large and varied customer base that includes jobbers, installers, OEMs and fleets. Matt has been with ISS since 1999. Prior to joining ISS, Matt spent 10 years in retail operations management at Target.  This management experience combined with a customer service expertise has been essential to the Wholesale division’s success.

Matt holds a Bachelors of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of North Dakota.
