Our commitment to quality has allowed our company to double in size twice over the past fourteen years while continually improving outcomes in our customer satisfaction surveys.

At ISS, we believe that quality is everyone’s responsibility.  We build cross functional teams to develop flow-based work instructions for processes company wide.  Furthermore, ISS adheres to ISO/TS and AIAG PPAP standards when it comes to documenting and implementing manufacturing processes, including the use of process flow mapping, potential failure mode effects analysis, and process control plans.  We utilize industry-standard statistical process control methods to track our work, and when something doesn’t go as planned during development, our team is ready with lean six-sigma tools at hand, including 5-Why root cause analysis and 8D reports.

What is ISO 9001?

This is a quality standard with certifications that are internationally recognized. They are awarded by The International Standards Organization. Companies baring the ISO signification are recognized for quality and excellence. Customers of such companies know they can rely on the quality and consistency of their products.

What is ISO/TS16949?

TS16949 is based on the ISO9001:2008 standard. It is a global automotive quality standard designed to meet the requirements that automotive companies around the world have established. It ensures that the parts we manufacture are produced under those rigorous standards. TS16949 is accepted internationally, and is designed to reduce registration and system maintenance. It eliminates the need to maintain multiple registrations for automotive quality, which is a major advantage in the international automotive market.
