Sean Kelly
President
As president of Instrument Sales & Service,
Sean Kelly uses his 20 years of management and production
experience to develop the corporate strategy for this
diversified manufacturing, re-manufacturing and distribution
company. Kelly is also responsible for assembling a
highly-qualified team of managers and field personnel
that will support the company’s continued growth.
Kelly joined ISS in 1994 after nine
years at NeuroCom International Inc., a producer of
medical capital equipment. As customer service manager
at NeuroCom, he oversaw production, field service training
and customer service. Kelly joined the ISS team as
purchasing manager for the Wholesale Unit, taking on
additional positions such as unit manager before he
was promoted to president in 2001.
Kelly earned a Bachelors of Science
degree in Business with an emphasis on operations materials
management from Portland State University.
Terry Watson
Chief Financial Officer, Vice President
With more than eight years at ISS
as chief financial officer and vice president, Terry
Watson is responsible for the accounting, human resources
and IT technology necessary to support the operational
business units. Watson draws upon more than 25 years
of corporate experience to manage ISS’ operations.
Prior to joining ISS, Watson worked
for the Yoshida Group, improving operations at a number
of subsidiary companies, including Epic Snowboard Technologies,
Oregon International Air Freight and El Ranchito Foods.
He also spent a number of years as an accountant at
various accounting firms.
Watson holds a Bachelors of Science
in Business/Economics from Eastern Oregon University
and a MBA from Portland State University. Watson is
also a certified public accountant.
Patrick Mayo
Operations Manager for General Motors Dealers Services, Vice President
Working from ISS’ Washington
location, Patrick Mayo oversees the day-to-day responsibilities
of the company’s re-manufacturing operations
for General Motors’ dash clusters and radios
for the Washington and Colorado facilities. He is also
responsible for ensuring ISS maintains its high level
ISO/TS 16949:2002 certifications at those
locations.
Mayo’s primary customers include
car dealerships, where he calls upon his previous experience
in car sales in Washington prior to joining ISS. Additionally,
Mayo brings expertise from his time as a GMC Truck
Dealership Parts Manager and from the 11 years he spent
at Northwest Motor Welding, a heavy duty engine re-manufacturing
company, where he was an assistant branch manager for
the Spokane, Wash.; Toronto, Canada and San Francisco,
Ca. locations.
Ron Standish
OEM Business Unit Manager, Vice President
Ron Standish, Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) business unit manager, currently
oversees the company’s operations with large
OEMs, such as General Motors and Delphi. Standish joined
ISS as a branch manager for the Portland location in
1995.
With a long history in the industry, Standish has
more than 30 years of experience working for Precision
Castparts Corp. in Portland where he held multiple
quality control/manufacturing positions and was ultimately
responsible for the manufacturing of castings for jet
engines.
Matt Koehmstedt
Wholesale Business Unit Manager
Matt Koehmstedt is the business unit
manager for ISS’ Wholesale division and oversees
operations of a varied customer base that includes
jobbers, installers, OEMs and fleets. He has been with
ISS for more than seven years. Prior to joining
ISS, Koehmstedt was the retail operations manager of
a large regional Target store for seven years, overseeing
operations of approximately 100 employees. This management
experience combined with a customer service expertise
has been essential to the Wholesale division’s
success.
Matt holds a Bachelors of Arts in
Social Sciences from the University of North Dakota.
Horst Raustein
Quality Systems Administrator
Horst Raustein is a certified Quality
Systems Auditor with more than 30 years of experience
managing quality assurance at electronic and automotive
equipment manufacturers. Prior to joining ISS in 1999,
Raustein was the quality assurance manager at Sure
Power Industries, Inc. Additionally, he spent nearly
20 years overseeing quality assurance at Codaphone
for both domestic and international production. |
