The Five Stage Rapid Development Process

The following are the five stages we undertake in rapidly bringing to manufacture new electromechanical products:

1. The client and Instrument Sales & Service prioritize the product list from the hundreds of possible applications to the critical baseline of parts that we can build out from.
2. Our Materials Management and Engineering staff determine which components we will manufacture and/or sub-assemble in our domestic facilities, and which components we will schedule production with among our stable of well-established overseas factory sources.
3. ISS focuses our Engineering Team on value-engineering into the product additional applications, characteristics and selling advantages. If we can double the number of applications of a given part by engineering in more flexibility, we expand your product offering without needlessly expanding the list of components you have to buy. This added step saves time in expanding your application mix.
4. ISS manages production, logistics, warehousing and delivery to strict timelines.
5. ISS expedites rapid validation while maintaining our Tier-One quality TS standards.
