Established in 1979, this supplier is a turnkey PCB manufacturing company that has been providing high quality PCB solutions to the RF communication, consumer electronics, security systems, automotive, and industrial electronic fields. In order to supply to these highly demanding sectors, this company has achieved three quality certifications: ISO9001:2000, TS16949, and ISO14001.
ISS has been using this vendor as a circuit board supplier for over 10 years for numerous instrument applications in the aircraft and automotive industries. They have proven to be a high quality and reliable supplier and we currently source their product for a line of instrumentation we supply Tier One to a major vehicle manufacturer.
This supplier offers turnkey boards providing all the sourcing, procurement, assembly, and testing required utilizing robust MRP and inventory management software. They deploy automated, semi-automated, and manual processes to produce low volume high mix boards. They have lead solder and lead free solder capabilities.

This supplier has been a quality provider of appliqués for a major ISS nstrument production line, and we have full confidence in their ability to provide a low-volume high-mix solution for this program as well.
Flex Circuits:
About our favored Flex Circuit supplier:
This supplier has been producing flexible circuits for a wide spectrum of customers for the last 25 years. This high quality company employs over 110 people at their two locations. The six production lines can facilitate both high and low volume runs, which makes this company a very good match for our service parts needs. They have been supplying ISS for many years with high quality product and reliable delivery.
Lens and Mask Assembly:
About our favored Lens and Mask supplier:
This is a plastic injection molding company that has been established for over 50 years. This supplier is an ISO 9000-2001 certified company that currently produces a wide range of lens, mask, and bezel assemblies for ISS for past model service instrument cluster programs. ISS has enjoyed a 10 year relationship with this company and they currently store and maintain hundreds of injection molding dies used to supply instrument components for past model applications in major OEM vehicles.
This manufacturer is based in the Pacific Northwest, minimizing logistics costs.
