Get ready for retirement!
• 401k Pre-Tax Retirement Savings Plan: The ISS retirement plan allows you to invest your own money, not “trust” the company to do it for you. If you plan to die while you are still young and good looking this isn’t for you. Any money you contribute is always yours to keep, and can be rolled over to your new qualifying plan if you ever leave.
• Borrow from your 401k: Unlike most plans, in ours you can borrow up to half of this money, from yourself, any time with no tax penalties!!
• Company Profit Sharing: ISS currently matches employee’s contribution up through 3% of salary on your 401k. ISS additionally matches half the employee’s contribution for the next 2% of salary.

A great place to get sick.
• Health Insurance: We have it like everybody else. However, not all companies help defer the cost of those insurance premiums. As you know, health insurance premiums can cost hundreds of dollars per month before you ever even get sick or make a claim. ISS pays (on average) three dollars for every one dollar the employee pays toward health coverage.
• Dental insurance: Basic Dental Insurance is already included as part of our Health Insurance.
• Disability insurance: At ISS you will automatically become enrolled in a disability insurance plan. Disability Insurance kicks in if you are sick or injured for a long period of time. If you are supporting a family this can be an unbelievably reassuring benefit. If you are invincible then this will be of little value to you.
• Life Insurance. We make life insurance available.
• 125k Pre-Tax Medical and Childcare Expense Plan: Most 125k plans only allow pre-tax dollars to pay for Health Insurance Premiums. At ISS you can set aside pre-tax dollars for any medical or child care expense. By using pre-tax dollars for medical and childcare expenses you get 20%-40% more spending power with every dollar (depending on your tax bracket). If you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars per year on medical or childcare expenses this will be a great deal for you. If you do not spend any money on those types of things this will be as useless as a stump.
