Never run out of component parts.

Nearly all remanufacturing centers rely exclusively on their clients for service parts for remanufacturing. If, say, the client runs out of a particular Integrated Circuit (IC), the reman center simply stops its work and waits for the client to supply more. This places the burden on the client to provide parts, and it results in frequent shortages as the client tries to maintain inventories without always knowing what is on the shelf at the reman centers.

We are different. We have remanufacturing operations where we manufacture every component part needed to continue remanufacturing. If we forecast that we are going to run out of a particular IC, we notify the client and then can automatically begin sourcing more.

The benefit is that we don’t put the burden of supplying components on the client. We own the entire remanufacturing process, which includes managing component inventory.

In some cases, at the request of the client we can manufacture surplus component parts and ship them to other sites designated by the client. In this way we are both a remanufacturing center and an integral source for the client’s entire remanufacturing program.
